Embroidery workshop at AR Atelier
In addition to beginners who join the workshop to learn the basics of needlepoint embroidery, this program is also attended by skilled embroiderers. They make large compositions consisting of original patterns of Konavle embroidery arranged in ways slightly different than the originals. This method creates new forms and also new obstacles, which the embroiderers solve together.

The essence of Konavle embroidery is in its mathematical beauty and its precision, and each piece represents long-term work. Today, when Konavle costumes are no longer being worn and chest pieces are no longer made for them, this method is keeping the art of Konavle embroidery alive.
