The Friends of Konavle Heritage (FKH) pays close attention to the protection and processing of personal data. The purpose of this Statement is to inform you about the important features of the collection of your personal data, its processing and storage. The above applies to all personal data that you have transmitted to us on this website, via electronic, written or verbal communication, as well as data collected from other sources.

Personal data we collect
We process the following personal data: Your basic personal data that you or third parties provide to us during the steps of joining the association or donating — name and surname, telephone number; email address, and data related to the use of the website, IP address, website visits, data from social networks and similar data related to the use of Internet browsers.
Purpose of processing personal data and retention period
All personal data that you or a third party have transferred to us are processed in accordance with the purpose of their processing. We delete your data immediately after completion/fulfilment of the purpose for which you provided them to us.
We process other necessary data (i.e. email address) based on a legitimate interest in quality communication between the contracting parties. We process data related to web usage, such as your IP address or visits to our website, data from social networks and similar data related to your use of the Internet browser in order to better present our services to you, and only on the basis of your consent, until the moment you withdraw your consent.
If the processing of the aforementioned data is based on your consent, we process the aforementioned data until you withdraw the consent in question or request the deletion of the aforementioned. Accordingly, based on your consent, we may also process other personal data beyond those listed in this Statement.
We note that in accordance with applicable regulations, FKH does not perform deletion despite the request of the data subject to the extent that the processing of such personal data is necessary for purposes of public interest.
We do not forward the collected personal data to third parties, unless it concerns processors whose cooperation we need for the purpose of establishing a relationship with you and the purpose for which the data was provided.
Special categories of personal data
Special categories of personal data relate to personal data in connection with racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sex life or sexual orientation, genetic data, criminal records and any other biometric data used for the purpose of unique identification. In principle, we do not collect sensitive data unless you provide it to us based on your explicit consent and if it is necessary for work or other purposes.
